CALIBRATION SERVICES

Calibration laboratory is set up and follows the ISO 17025 standards. 

All the master laboratory and portable calibration instruments are certified by an NABL accredited Laboratory and certificates traceable to National and International Standards. 

All the instruments are operated with standard operating procedures formed and framed in accordance with the applications. We undertake site calibration of all the parameters listed here with qualified, well trained and experienced personnel. 

The raw data of calibration reports are recorded at the time of calibration. As we are basically a service oriented organization, even at the time of calibration, if some of the instruments need to be serviced, adjusted or corrected, we will attend to them then and there, recalibrate the same to the satisfaction of our customers. Any rejection will be informed to the customers to take suitable action for speedy procurement and replacement. 

After calibration the recorded raw data calibration reports are reproduced as calibration certificates and sent to our customers with copy of the traceability certificates. 

All the above are needed for getting certification such as ISO 9001 - 2000, HACCP, etc. We support all our customers to get prepared to face the audits easily.

Sound - For measuring and fixing the noise level in the shop floor or factory.
